Our first day in Singapore part 1

Mia back in Asia again. Here we walk on Orchard road, looking for a Citibank ATM and some coffee/lunch. Which we got at the "San Francisco coffee company". Outside they had radio-controlled car demos.

Singapore is famous for the fact that almost anything is forbidden. This is from the subway station at Orchard Road.

Our friend Richard loves cellphones. But does he have a carrot model yet ?

Jurong Bird Park

We decided to go to the Jurong Crocodile exhibition. But, once we got there it was closed for renovation. So, instead of going to the Bird park next morning as planned, we decided to go there already the first day.

There is a penguin parade that we missed. But, you can watch them from under the water or by the water.

There was a really good collection of Flamingos. A lot more beautiful than the ones I've seen in Florida or San Diego sea world.

2 cute parrots sitting next to each other. Quite often the female has very different colors from the male, sometimes so different that you can't even tell that they are the same spices. But these two look like they know each other well.

A lazy sleeping ostrauge. On an egg ?
